A card game of absurd courtroom arguments. Each round the Judge plays one of 70 prompt cards and the Lawyers argue their response cards, with a second round to slander the other side's cards or shore up their own before the Judge rules. 310 response cards in the box; the creators suggest removing five of them for players under 13.

It's a party game with a burden of proof. A kid has to defend a hopeless case out loud in front of the family, then survive a rebuttal round, and that's more rhetoric practice than most classrooms ever offer.
