Waldorf Selection Giant Triangular Colored Pencils

Twelve unlacquered colored pencils in the Super Ferby shape: a thick triangular barrel with a 6.25mm core, made in Germany. The three flat faces put thumb, index, and middle finger where they belong, so a child settles into a proper tripod grip without being corrected into it, and the wide barrel keeps the hand relaxed through the early writing years. The core is dense and heavily pigmented, so light pressure still lays down solid color and a child who has not built up hand strength gets a real result instead of a faint scratch. The wood is left bare, with no lacquer and no printing. Supplied in a cardboard box.

No lacquer, no printing, just bare wood and a fat triangle that puts small fingers where they should be. And the core is wide enough that barely pressing still gives real color.
