Montessori Object Permanence Box

The classic Montessori object permanence box, in solid wood with a tray attached. A baby drops a ball through the hole in the lid, it disappears into the box, then rolls back out onto the tray. Comes with three balls about 4.5 cm across, easy for small hands to hold and too big to fit in a mouth.

A classic Montessori material that teaches a baby one of their first big ideas: that something gone from sight isn't gone for good.
