Create Something
Camp Snap 2, Makey Makey, and more
This week we pulled together four tools that hand a kid something genuinely new to make with.
Camp Snap 2 is a screen-free camera with six film filters, so a kid can shoot all day without ever looking at a screen. Makey Makey Classic clips onto a banana, a ball of clay, or a friend's hand and turns it into a working keyboard key, no code required. Stickerbox turns a spoken idea, a balloon farm, a dragon made of clouds, into a sticker to color and stick anywhere. Blipblox myTRACKS is a kids' synth with big knobs that add a beat, a bassline, or a melody as you turn them.
